We also offer partial refunds—case by case. If more than 20% of the course has been accessed and the purchase was made within the last 36 hours, you may still request a partial refund. Due to the digital nature of our content, these requests are evaluated individually and granted solely at the discretion of P.I. Course.ca.
How to Request a Refund
We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. Eligible courses purchased on P.I. Course.ca may be refunded within 36 hours of purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund—however, all refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our policy and are granted at our sole discretion.
To initiate a refund, email support@picourse.ca and include your full name, course title, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Courses may be refunded within 36/20% hours/consumption of purchase.

Refunds are only available if less than 20% of the course has been accessed, read, viewed, or otherwise interacted with.

If more than 20% of the course has been consumed, no refund will be issued, and a partial refund may be issued or a credit on our systems.

A refund to your original payment method.

The method of refund will be determined based on payment processor capabilities, platform limitations (website, mobile, or TV app), and other relevant factors.

No refund is due after the 36-hour refund window has passed and/or 20% has been consumed as noted.

If content is later disabled due to legal or policy violations, you may be eligible for a refund beyond the 36-hour limit, at our discretion.

We may issue refunds outside of the standard policy in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

Instructor Agreement

As per our Instructor Terms, instructors acknowledge that students are entitled to refunds under the conditions of this policy, and all refund decisions rest solely with P.I. Course.ca.

Refund credits:

Are automatically applied to your next purchase on our website,

Cannot be used for purchases made through our mobile or TV applications,

May expire if unused within the specified period,

Have no cash value, unless otherwise required by law.

Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny refunds and restrict future access if:

You consume a significant portion of the course before requesting a refund,

You’ve previously received refunds on similar content,

We suspect abuse or exploitation of the policy.

If your account is banned or content access is revoked due to violations of our Terms or Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
